基于产业集群的区域产业布局研究

【摘 要】在经济全球化和区域经济一体化的背景下，在产业发展过程中，在市场经济条件下，研究产业布局的意义就在于，如何充分利用产业集群的规律和效应，将政府作用和市场机制结合起来，通过调整和优化地区产业布局，引导和推动主导产业集群发展，促进产业结构的优化升级，提升产业的国际竞争力，进而提高区域竞争力，合理有效配置资源，创造有利于经济发展的区域环境和产业环境，实现可持续发展。如何在经济全球化和制造业转移与重组的潮流中赢得新的发展，如何培育出具有特色的制造业集群。
本文主要是在了解产业集群简单理论，产业布局相关知识下概述了浙江省产业集群发展状况，分析了基于产业集群的浙江三大经济产业带及结合浙江产业布局的基本原则描述了产业集群对产业布局的启示下的浙江产业布局。

【Abstract】Within the economic globalisation and with the background of regional economic integration in the development process of Industry under the conditions of a market economy, the significance of research in Industry distribution lies in how to fully utilise the rules and effects of Industrial Cluster and unify the functions of government and market mechanisms; to adjust and optimise local Industry distribution; to guide the impetus leading Industry. and to promote both the optimisation of industrial structure and industrial international competitive power. agglomeration development；This then can enhance the regional competitive power,provide reasonable and effective disposition of resources,create advantages for the development of regional economic and industrial environment,and realise sustainable development. how to cultivate the particular characteristics of the manufacturing industry；how to complete facing the world with a modernised manufacturing industry；
This article overview the development of industrial clusters in Zhejiang Province understand the simple theory of industrial clusters and industrial distribution knowledge, analysis three major economic industrial belt of Zhejiang Based on Industry cluster and layout with the basic principles of Zhejiang, descripte distributionof Zhejiang on the Inspiration that industrial clusters to industrial distribution.
