摘要
绿色建筑考虑到当地气候、建筑形态、使用方工、设施状况、营建过程、建筑材料、使用管理对外部环境的影响，以及舒适、健康的内部环境，同时考虑投资人、用户、设计、安装、运行、维修人员的利害关系。换言之可持久的设计、良好的环境及受益的用户三者之间应该有平衡的，良性的互动关系而达到最优化的绿化效果。绿色建筑正是以这一观点为出发点平衡及协调内外环境及用户之间不同的需求与不同的能源依赖程度，而达成建筑与环境的自然融和。

Abstract
Green Building to the local climate, architectural form, the user, condition of facilities, the construction process, building materials, use management of the external environment, and the comfort and health of the internal environment, but consider investing in people, the users, design, installation, Operation, maintenance staff at stake. In other words sustainable design, the environment and good benefits among users should be balanced. benign interaction and achieve optimum greening effect. Green architecture is to view this as a starting point to balance the internal and external environment and coordination between different users and the demand for different energy dependency, and the building reached with the natural environment integration.
