应用SPSS对房地产的决策分析
【摘要】近年来，一些地区房地产投资幅度偏快、房价上涨过高。在房价上涨比较快的地方，伴随着商品房结构的不合理，中低价位、中小户型房屋严重供不应求。房价上涨与投机性购房相互推动；房价上涨带来了大家对房价不断上涨的期望值，投机和投资的人更多地进入，又进一步造成房地产的供不应求和房价的进一步攀升。这些问题带来了生产资料的价格上涨，涉及到普通居民居住权益的保障，既影响国民经济的健康发展，也涉及到社会的稳定。因此，希望能够通过分析与各地区房地产业发展有关的经济、社会指标，对各省市的房地产的供求水平进行初步判断，从而制定相应的宏观调控政策。
