Attachment styles of employees, self-efficacy and psychological contract
Abstract
Attachment formed in infant period for man's whole life, is the human long-term evolution results. Early forms of attachment after effects into adulthood through internal working models of attachment patterns, affecting the formation of intimate relationships, personal expression and personality feature of social functions. Adult attachment is gradually becoming a hot research topics that spans all areas of psychology. Psychological contract comes from social exchange theory, the introduction of this concept has been a hotspot in the research of human resource management since in the 1960 of the 20th century. In this article, the psychological contract refers to the employee's psychological contract. Social cognitive theory and self-efficacy is social learning theory of core variables, has been widely used in psychology and organizational behavior research.
