论文题目：尿毒症造瘘患者的心理特点及护理
摘 要
目的
探讨接受内瘘手术的尿毒症患者的心理特点及护理，为提高尿毒症治疗效果提供依据。方法
对我科2008年4月至2009年6月共34例接受内瘘手术的尿毒症患者的心理状态进行问卷调查、评估及系统心理护理。
结果
手术前患者心理不良反应达91.2%，其中忧郁29.4%，焦虑26.5%，恐惧8.8%，抗拒11.8%，沮丧自卑14.7%，接受系统心理护理后，不良心理反应下降至21.6%，忧郁8.8%，焦虑5.9%，恐惧2.9%，抗拒2.9%，沮丧自卑5.9%，患者在手术过程中能主动配合，情绪稳定。
结论
 对接受内瘘手术的尿毒症患者实施系统心理护理，能减轻患者的不良心理反应，增强患者战胜疾病的信心，是提高本病综合治疗效果的重要方法之一。

Title: Uremia Fistula Psychological Characteristics of Patients and Nursing
ABSTRACT
Objective 
 In the discussion accepts the fistula surgery's uremia patient's psychological characteristic and nursing, to enhance uremia treatment result to provide the basis.
Methods  
 Altogether 34 examples accepts the fistula surgery's uremia patient's psychology to my branch April, 2008 to the June, 2009 to carry on the questionnaire survey, the appraisal and system psychology nursing.
 
Results
 Before the surgery, the patient psychology untoward effect reaches 91.2%, melancholy 29.4%, anxious 26.5%, frightened 8.8%, resists 11.8%, feels inferior depressed 14.7%, after accepting system psychology nursing, the bad psychology responded that drops to 21.6%, melancholy 8.8%, anxious 5.9%, frightened 2.9%, resists 2.9%, feels inferior depressed 5.9%, the patient in the surgery process can the initiative, the mood be stable.
Conclusions
 The fistula surgery's uremia patient implements system psychology nursing to acceptance, can reduce patient's bad psychology to respond, strengthens the patient to defeat disease's confidence, enhances one of this sickness complex therapy effect important methods.
