Title: The clinical observation of the effect of nursing on blood pressure in hypertension patients
ABSTRACT
Objectives:
To observe and compare the efficacy of quality of life and blood pressure control in hypertension patients, and observe the effect of nursing care on hypertension patients.
Methods:
60 patients with hypertension were randomly divided into 30 cases of the experimental group and 30 cases of control group.The experimental group was used nursing care,and the control group was used conventional care.Before and one month after nursing intervention quality of life scoring was evaluated by application of WHOQOL-100 Scale.Before and two weeks after nursing intervention blood pressure was measured to evaluate blood pressure control.
Results:
The decline of blood pressure in experimental group was better than the control group,and the quality of life indicators scored was significantly higher than the control group.
Conclusion:
The application of nursing intervention is effective in controlling blood pressure and improving the quality of life of hypertension patients and WHOQOL-100 Scale was useful in assessing the efficacy of nursing and therapy of hypertension patients.
