Methods:
May 2005 ~ December 2008, we have 68 cases of spinal injury patients with symptoms associated with pressure ulcers while in the traditional nursing, rehabilitation nursing procedures in accordance with pressure ulcers in patients with an analytical assessment of the wound, to take effective measures to removethe negative impact of pressure ulcer healing factors, select the correct method of rehabilitation nursing care and rehabilitation of modern advanced equipment, the rehabilitation of patients with pressure ulcers care and treatment.Results:
Results: In control group of 34 cases and ineffective (no significant change in the wound or the larger and more deep or effusion) in 5 cases, effective (wounds smaller, lighter or exudate decrease) in 6 cases, cure (wound completely disappeared, but the color of pale white skin) 23 cases, the total efficiency 85.2%; 0 cases ineffective treatment group, effective in 4 cases, the total effective rate was 100%.The total effective rate comparison, P <0. 05.Control group was markedly time: respectively 10 d, 25 d,> 40 d, the treatment group were 6 d, 14 d, <30 d, significant difference between the two groups.
Conclusion:
This greatly increased the cure rate of pressure sores and shorten the course of treatment, reducing the patient's physical and mental suffering, reduce the financial burden of patients
