Objectives:
To Discussion clinical efficacy of liquid colloid dressing treatment in Ⅱ and Ⅲ degree of clinical efficacy of pressure ulcers
Methods:
28 bedsores of II and III grade were divided into group with liquid colloid dressing (treatment group) and group with traditional method (contra group) randomly. 10 places were II grade and 4 places were II grade. The liquid colloid dressing was used in treatment group and the traditional pledget was used in contra group. The recovery rate, the times of using dressing and the expense were compared in the two groups.
Results:
The recovery rate in treatment group was higher than which in contra group obviously. And the times of using dressing and the expense in treatment group were lower than which in the contra group.
Conclusion:
Liquid colloid dressing was better for bedsore recovery .And it was more convenient and less expense. So it is a method which can replace the traditional pledget for bedsore treatment.
