Title: Investigate mental nursing during the nursing of primary hypertension
ABSTRACT
Objectives: To pass the Mental Nursing During the nursing of primary hypertension, Raise cure rate of hypertensive disease, Increase underpressure result,Reduce complication and improving of infaust life style and palindromia of primary hypertension.
Methods: 100 patients were from the patients with primary hypertension to be in hospital and to be out-patient clinic from February 2009 to August 2010 , including male 67 and female 33, the years of age was from 32 to 92(mean age 59.2±14.6years old). which were clear consciousness, nourmal thinking, high dependence,and no-deafness, no-aphreniaby, no-pneuma diseas and had good language of communication. 100 patients were divided two group(50 patients test group, 50 patients control group). Control group were usual care or medicine treat, Test group were usual care or medicine treat and mental nursing(including health teaching, mental intervention, medication teaching and instruction of physically and mentally relaxation training), course of treatment for two week. Blood pressure were mean of three, to measure intermission 10 minutes. prior and post treatment to subtract were blood pressure lower extent.
Results: We observed that compliance of medicine, effectiveness of usual care and medicine treat and mental nursing, but lowering extent of systolic pressure and diastolic pressure were significantly elevated by mental nursing in test group(A group) (p<0.05).
Conclusion: Primary hypertension patients had treated usual care or medicine, and lowering extent of systolic pressure and diastolic pressure were significantly elevated by mental nursing, force and conspicuous to control blood pressure, increase primary hypertension patients underpressure result.
