ABSTRACT
Objectives:To probe into cleaning enema methods,to reduce outflow of lavement fluid and to decrease the strong sense of defecation of patients so as to improve cleaning enema effect.
Methods:A total of 60 patients needed cleaning enema were divided into test and control group randomly and cqually(30caseseachgroup).Pati-
nets of test group were given enema by using disposable infusion tube con-
nercted with disposable enema tube only. Enema effects of both group pa-
ttients were analyzed based on their outflow of lavement fluid and strong
sense of defecation
