Title: Strokes patients with depression reason analysis and nursing
ABSTRACT
Purposes: To be aware of the factors why Strokes patients suffer from depression mood we and aim at developing different correspondent nursing care.Method: SDS Self-Rating Depression Scale and Self-Designing questionnaire were adopted to survey depression state and the corresponding reason of 156 hospitalized patients with Stroke.Results: Among the 156 participants 35.9% (56)of them were in depression. Depression mood of Strokes patients has the relationship with economic conditions, course, complications, family support, education and medical basic level of knowledge, social and psychological factors, age, gender, weight as well as self-care ability.Conclusion: Based on depression-related factors of Strokes patients developing corresponding response of care will be beneficial to Strokes patients and improve quality of life.
