Background

The traditional simple drugs can quickly in a short period of time, but the comprehensive efficiency to achieve satisfactory effect, thus gradually psychological nursing role. In order to explore the psychological nursing of patients with hypertension, the influence of the hospital to 80 patients admitted on the basis of routine therapy and nursing intervention of psychological health education, and received good effect, thus hypertension in medication, psychological intervention by the rich emotional communication skills and accurately describe the kind, establish the doctor-patient relationship between trust and instruct client to strengthen self-discipline optimistic, anxiety, let the fear of your health association, promote the patient recover soon.
Purpose research
To explore the psychological intervention in patients with essential hypertension (eh) therapeutic effect and influence.
Methods
On January 2010 2010 August in various rocky mountain hospital I hospital 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups of hypertension, Group (33) routinely offer, and equality of antihypertensive medication to control (psychological nursing, 47 cases were given blood routine). By using two kinds of indexes for evaluating the nursing, psychological intervention (1) daily activities (with Barthe -adl) ability: the ability to assess patients index of -adl. (2) of the mental health status of patients with depression self-assessment: SDS with mental health assessment table. Patients with SDS -adl capacity assessment of self-evaluation of depression in the treatment table 2 weeks after four weeks after and evaluated.
Research results
Two groups of patients before treatment daily activities (p = 0.856 -adl) ability > 0.05, treatment after 2 weeks (p = 0.017 < 0.05 and 4 weeks after p = 0.009 Barthel index (0.05, scoring better than control group. Two groups of patients with mental health treatment (p = > 0.05 0.952 before 2 weeks after treatment, p = 0.027 < 0.05 and 4 weeks after p = 0.019 < 0.05, scoring better than control. 80 hypertension patients hospitalized in group 1 patients without psychological nursing intervention, with emotion and cause hypertension, 1 case was hospitalized patients without giving guidance group, high salt diet high in fat diet caused by hypertension, heart disease, after the treatment group was fifteen days without such complications.
Conclusion
Psychological intervention can obviously reduce the level of anxiety in the patients with hypertension, improve patients' physical movement, improve their ability to daily life activities.
