Title:Analysis of Psychosomatic Influence of Doula Delivery on Puerperae
ABSTRACT
Objective
To discuss psychosomatic influence of Doula delivery as compared with non-Doula delivery on pueiperae. Guide le type can shorten delivery process, reduce painkillers, oχytocin, reduce the application of cesarean section, ChanQian or fetal head attract the incidence etc, reduce fetal distress and neonatal choking intrauterine happen, increase the mother's milk feeding rate and feelings, and maternal postpartum maternal and infant recovered more quickly, be helpful for maternal and child health.
Methods
Choose the pregnant women in our hospital as the research object, the joy with the delivery of 30 patients (editorial observer group) and no guide included Doula delivery 30 patients (control group) were analyzed. Two women from the group of psychological state of childbirth, pain, to the delivery process to the understanding of how to work together, and fatigue degree after four aspects are compared.
Results
The observation group mothers childbirth psychological state relative stability than the control group, women worry, anχiety, fear weakened significantly (P < 0.05). Two groups of maternal pain situation comparative differences significant (P < 0.05). To the whole process of childbirth and how to cooperate with a clear clear in the control group (P < 0.01) : postpartum fatigue degree of a significant reduction in the control group (P < 0.01).
Conclusion
Doula delivery in psychological make women to enhance the security sense, can shorten the process, reduce the rate of dystocia, reduce maternal postpartum blood loss and improve and neonatal apgar score, increase the mother's milk feeding rate and maternal and infant feelings and make maternal postpartum recover faster.
