Title: Health education of patients with hypertension
ABSTRACT
Objectives:Promote prevention and treatment of hypertension knowledge and enhance their sense of self-care groups, advocating a healthy lifestyle, to improve the bad behavior to reduce the prevalence of hypertension risk factors, prevention and control of hypertension and related diseases and improve people's quality of life, improving health standards, in order to hypertension control and management of the community to provide guidance. Methods:Health services in the community of 200 patients who received the health managers to guide patients with hypertension, the time for 6 months, including drug treatment and non-drug treatment. Drug therapy is the main treatment of hypertension measures to explain to patients the importance of taking blood pressure drugs, to dispel concerns about patients with long-term medication to improve medication compliance. Non-pharmacological treatment include the promotion of healthy lifestyles, elimination is not conducive to mental and physical health, behavior and habits, to reduce hypertension and other cardiovascular disease risk. The main measures include: quit smoking, lose weight, to reduce excessive alcohol intake, adequate exercise, reducing salt intake, eat more vegetables and fruits, reduce saturated fatty acids in food and total fat. The process in the management of patients with different situations according to provide the appropriate educational content and behavior of health guidance, regular follow-up Results:After 6 months of management, improve knowledge of hypertension prevention and treatment of basic awareness, patient medication compliance, non-pharmacological treatment compliance are greatly enhanced. Body mass index, blood pressure, blood lipids, blood glucose and management earlier were different. Conclusion:Health education on the impact of the role of hypertension in patients with positive and effective, and worthy of full extension.
