Abstract
Background
The current domestic situation is not optimistic about the mental health nurse, obsession, anxiety, depression, hostility, phobic and other psychological problems was significantly higher than the national norm.
Study
Through research, from social factors, work factors, personal factors and three aspects of the causes of psychological problems of nurses to explore appropriate measures, hoping to promote the quality of care to enhance and promote the cause of better national health development.
Research Methods
Experimental methods used were randomly selected general population, general nurses, emergency nurses, the 100, issued 90 Symptom Checklist (SCL-90) to investigate.
Results
The recovery of 295 valid questionnaires were analyzed with the statistical package deal. SCL-90 score factor for abnormal frequency as follows: general population: compulsion, depression, somatization, hostility, interpersonal relationships, anxiety, and other (sleeping and eating), paranoia, horror, mental illness; general nurses: compulsion, depression, somatization , Relationships, hostility, others (sleeping and eating), anxiety, paranoia, psychosis, terror; emergency nurses: forced, somatization, hostility, depression, anxiety, and other (sleeping and eating), interpersonal, paranoid, psychotic Terror. Three groups was significant difference between the total symptom index: the general population (1.27) <Clinical Nurse (1.39) <emergency nurses (1.58).
Conclusions
Mental health problems of nurses causes and take appropriate measures conducive to physical and mental health nurses to improve quality of care, promoting universal health development.
