Title: Psychological intervention on the psychological impact of cancer patients evaluation and analysis
Abstract
Objective:
To explore the implementation of psychological intervention in patients with malignant tumors of the effectiveness and improving the quality of life in patients with malignant tumors.
Methods:
The randomly selected 60 patients with advanced cancer were divided into intervention group (the implementation of psychological intervention) and control group (to intervene in the blank), in pain treatment based on the use of psychological techniques, the implementation of psychological intervention, and through pain, anxiety , three kinds of depression questionnaire to assess effects of psychological intervention. Before and after intervention with the life satisfaction rating scale (LSR) and life satisfaction index scale (LSB) and the improved quality of life rating scale evaluation of the survival of patients quality of life. While the control group was in a state of their own recovery. Statistical analysis and comparison of the two groups to change the amount of difference in the quality of life.
Results:
The two groups score comparison, after controlling for age, non-equilibrium factors, intervention, the intervention group compared with the control group pain significantly reduced (p <0.05); intervention group the pain is greater than before the intervention significantly reduced (p <0.05) . The intervention group after the intervention and control group and intervention group were compared before and after their own anxiety and depression were no significant differences in the degree (p> 0.05). The intervention group had higher ratings in all dimensions of P <0.05 or P <0.01. The intervention group in the quality of life total score, psychological state, family and social function and self-evaluation to improve the extent of such areas is still higher than P <0.05 or P <0.01. Mental health have different degrees of improvement (p <0.01), anxiety levels decreased significantly (p <0.01).
Conclusion:
Psychological interventions can reduce pain in patients with advanced cancer and improve the analgesic effect of psychological intervention for patients with malignant tumors in improving mental health and anxiety can play a significant role. Joint multi-disciplinary comprehensive rehabilitation interventions will help improve the quality of life of patients with malignant tumors.
