Abstract
The graduation project is to control the touch-screen interface. Control Panel is based on touch-screen software GP-PRO/PB Ⅲ, through the touch screen and the mechanical hand and the S7-200 PLC connection manual manipulator X-axis forward, manually back X-axis, Y axis increased manual, manual Y-axis drop folder is transferred manually gas, gas folder manually reverse, manual base is to manually reverse the base, manual emergency stop, reset, open the folder manually gas, gas folder manually clamping functions. Germany's Siemens company used small Programmable Logic Controller S7-200 PLC, it has good scalability, low cost, powerful commands, is very suitable for robot control system. S7-200 PLC used for the CPU 224CN it has 14 input and 10 output points. Kind of teaching model manipulator mechanical structure of the use of ball screw, slider, cylinder, gas and other mechanical components folder; Electric has stepping motor, stepper motor drives, sensors, switching power supply, solenoid valve components and other electronic devices. Order to control the use of programming to programming, to draw flow chart, and then step-by-step programming, subroutines need a PLC program to control stepper motor. Finally, an additional manual control procedures manipulator, and made to face the control panel. Communications and to download to the PLC, the realization of the control panel with manual control manipulator.
