With the rapid development of social economy, it demands the better of water supply’s quality and reliability of water supply system. So it is inevitable tendency to design water supply system which has high function and saves on energy well, with help of advanced technique of automation, control and communication.
With SIEMENS S7-300 PLC,MM440 inverter and, the analog voltage signal from the pressure sensor is converted to digital signal by PLC, and is used as the input signal of PID; The output of the PID can change the frequency of inverter,the motor speed and the pressure of water supply are changed.
The PLC program,monitoring and configuration of HMI are fulfilled by Step7, the design and realization of PLC program are given in this paper. Research of PLC logic control,PID technology and realization of HMI are fully detailed.
This article establish the frame of pumping station supervisory system based on "King View",and propose the project to develop the distributed control system of pumping station using "King View" as supervisory software and Siemens S7-300 as hypogynous machine. It can collect signal automatically, execute trend analysis about the supervisory parameter forecast alarm.
