Abstract
Frequency is an effective energy saving technologies, energy-saving rate of its very high, almost to design changes in the amount of redundancy and waste of all energy savings; also because of its speed and high precision, high power factor characteristics, the use of it can improve product quality, yield, and reduce the loss of materials and equipment, but also can reduce the mechanical wear and noise, improve the working environment workshop to meet the requirements of production technology.
This paper first introduces the Siemens S7-300 PLC hardware and how to use the basic situation, Lenze 8200 Inverter and how to use hardware description. Step7 also introduced the use of programming software. And then introduced the principle and method of VVVF, combined with the experimental design, introduced the idea of the design and experimental design diagram of the principle of connecting the hardware, the distribution of PLC input and output nodes, the design of analog digital conversion method, and then programming, debugging the system.
