Abstract
This design is an elevator speed monitor for real-time monitoring of elevator speed and status of equipment. With the parameters set instantaneous speed and direction of Display, and fault alarm functions. The design uses the reflective photoelectric sensors for the speed and direction sensor, infrared photoelectric optical signal transmitting and receiving sets in one, to reflective plate of the sensing distance of up to 2 m, SCM baffle according to the length of light absorption and light way to be cut off the elevator when asked calculate the instantaneous speed. Two subsystems with different working mechanism of the clock and interrupt signals with different input components, which greatly improved the reliability monitor. The purpose of monitoring the speed elevator to the minimum staffing to strengthen the management of the elevator, to provide a more intuitive, clear, accurate and elevator operations, and then for maintenance and fault diagnosis of various possibilities to fully enhance the efficiency of the system . Widely used for the elevator to reduce or even avoid social elevator accident.
