Abstract
The original meaning of the word “Android” is "robot". It is also the name of Google on November 5, 2007 announced the open source Linux-based mobile phone operating system and consists of the operating system, middleware, user interface and application software components, claims to be the first completely mobile software to create a truly open for mobile terminal. The growing popularity of mobile phones, the implementation of Java function on mobile devices, the mobile value-added services produced by Java application system are increasingly reflected its influence and have an assignable affect for enriching the living content , providing faster information.
With the merge between permanent network and mobile network, RSS technology is grafted onto the wireless network and mobile terminals, changing the traditional scanning of in-turns site into "Custom - polymerization - Push", which means that mobile phone users can view their own made definitions of the most important personal information conveniently in the future.
This paper introduced about the related technologies of Android, the basic technical specifications of XML, RSS, the structure analysis of the software course and the implementation of the specific functions.
