ABSTRACT
The experiment is the use of PIC single chip to build a platform,which is used to control the motor in the case of the low requirement of the transmission. The microchip PIC16F72 single chip is used as the master controller. Use the rated voltage of the 36V PM-BLDC as the controller, which controls the speed transformation, the current tests, the brake and so on. Grasp the basic function of BLDC.
This experiment focuses on the PIC microcontroller control the three-phase brushless DC motor to achieve the appropriate operation design process. Beginning in the design, a brief introduction of this three-phase brushless DC motors involved in the development history and describes the corresponding simple microcontroller; Section II describes the article is about the structure of brushless DC motor system and motor characteristics; Article III is introduced the structure and design schematic PROTEL of the corresponding PIC microcontroller.
