Nowadays, as people are paying more and more attention on environment protection and development, Energy saving modification has already become the common issue for the enterprises. Just as the lifeline of crystal production technology, cooling water system plays a very vital role in normal production and the safety of equipment maintenance, but it's also the main part of the system for energy consumption. In the technology cooling water system design process, to take energy conservation measures and develop energy-saving design, to reduce the power consumption of the water system will not only help control the production line to reduce power consumption production costs, but also has a positive meaning for energy-saving and emission-decreasing.
The thesis summarized cooling water control system and Johnson's Intelligent Building Management System——METASYS system, and introduced the design of cooling water energy-saving projects in detail. First, analyzed the system's control points, determined equipment selection, then used GX9100 software to do upper computer programming, Finally finished the control scheme. Through completing site debugging, the results show that Johnson Controls's METASYS has its unique advantages, the proposal plays better in energy saving.
