Abstract
The topic from the SUPCON project of Jiujiang Advanced Materials Co., Ltd ‘s Coal-fired furnace flue gas project . Desulfurization dust control system to study , and Distributed control system based on the current direction of development and form ,we designthe appropriate program.
In this paper, the development of distributed control systems were reviewed, described the basic structure of distributed control system, working principle, development trends and the specific application, and especially analyzed the JX-300XP of SUPCON’s features of distributed control systems and components. Paper introduces a distributed control system application in the desulfurization dust, including control programs, system configuration, hardware assembly, engineering and other sectors.
Paper based on Jiujiang Advanced Materials Co., Ltd ‘s coal-fired furnace flue gas analysis of the technology project, according to the characteristics of the system combined with DCS (mainly WebField JX-300XP-based DCS system of SUPCON), to find a suitable dust desulfurization DCS system control programs, and focus on desulfurization section in which the control program, combined with the planing situation of implementation of the project site. Ultimately it can achieve optimal control, and improve production efficiency.
