In the test control system, data acquisition as a main portion provides data for test management and controlment timely, and supplies vital fact for experiment personnel doing product performance analysis. In order to shorten the development period of data acquisition system and avoid recoding, the research and design of data acquisition system has great significance. In this paper, we research and design of the ARM processor-based data acquisition applications, and complete system hardware design. The system makes full use of high-performance ARM processor, low power, low-cost advantages, and extends the common interface platform, and achieves a multi-functional system.
The introduction of the paper describes the background to the study data collection and data acquisition system at home and abroad to carry out a summary of the status quo, then carry out the design goals of this article. Chapter II provides an overview of the overall idea of the program, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of various options compared to the final selection of the program are given. Chapter III introduces the details of the function that the core processor S3C2440A and the realization of the relevant module. Chapter IV focuses on the principles of data transformation and its circuit design. Chapter V describes the USB module, serial module, network module, LCD interface and other modules expand the functionality of the design. Chapter VI focuses on the theory of high-speed PCB design and PCB design rules. Finally, the paper and the work are summarized. The prospect of further researeh work is also proposed.
