The 21st century is the era of electronic information, more and more VFD (Vacuum Fluorescent Display) appeared in the industrial field and our lives. But in the VFD production, how to precisely locate drilling becomes a major problem .this issue is to design a precise positioning system which is controlled by NC Technology for drilling VFD production .
First, this thesis gave a detailed analysis about the current situation of NC technology in China and the background and the prospects of development and the main problems facing of NC Drilling Machines in VFD production; Second, this paper introduced the total design of the system based on technologic requirements and functional target. The system controller for the PLC to Matsushita Panasonic touch screen GT32 as a human-computer interface, a servo-driven technology, drives stepless speed regulation technology, Drives stepless speed regulation technology to servo control system and inverter. This paper introduced the composition and the main control module and I / O module specifications of FPX C30T PLC. Then elaborated the hardware design of the system under the top of foundation, include the design of the controller and human machine interface. Finally, this paper introduced the design of system software , and explained the designing method of control system and human machine interface in detail ,and Carried out experiments to debug the system.
Experimental results in line with the practical requirements of production, systems and processes to meet the accuracy requirements of product quality and stability have improved.
