Abstract
This paper describes a practical data collection system. In order to check the operation of the delivery motor, servo motor should be ensure the quality to need for servo motor torque, speed and other parameters for collection, storage and display better. Analyzing of the measuring principle of torque and speed, and through software and hardware technologies, to realize the analog servo motor for signal acquisition and processing. The system put into great play advantage of acquisition system ,use the design of modular of software, and design independent of the type of device applications. It can be easily adopted to accurately measure the torque, speed, and test its accuracy servo control system. Test show that the acquisition system of high precision, strong anti-interference ability, simple operation.
This article also describes the working principle, classification, characteristics and advantages of the servo motor. To determine the main parameters of motor tests by analyzing the main performance. It also introduces a data acquisition system. And this system combines data acquisition module with data interface card hardware as dedicated auxiliary equipment, through the PCI bus extended to the microcomputer. And software programming is in the windows operating system. PC in used as bus in the Acquisition Control Unit, to control Hardware accessories. To achieve a high sampling rate of data acquisition, control and two-way communication.
The development of data acquisition system can be divided into hardware and software design. This paper describes the design of software architecture, in particular the choice of capture card. It establishes a data platform of a physics laboratory with VB , and introduces its user interface and main functions, at last analyze the error .
