THE ANALYSIS OF BURNER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Abstract
Coal-fired power plants in the safety, reliability and economy depend largely on burning equipment, including milling equipment, burner and furnace, and the burner is one of the key equipment. At present the domestic large thermal power generating units all used internationally most widely used DCS control system as the major control system,and in the system includes BMS, MCS, SCS, DAS, and other control systems.
Burner Management System called BMS for short, is monitoring system of the modern large-scale thermal power units, automatic control system is in thermal power plant is the most important safety management control subsystem in the boiler and the unit . The features of BMS include a furnace safeguard supervisory system (FSSS) and boiler control system (BCS).
Based on the basis of discussing the types of burners and factors affecting their design, analysis the combustion control systems, architecture of burner management system and logic control system, expatiate on the work principle and the major feature of the burner management. And take Huaiyin power plant for example, introduces the Burner management system in the control logic, such as furnace purge logic, the main fuel tripping logic, oil spills experiments and fire detection logic etc.
