The analysis of Unit plant FSSS control system
Abstract
With the increasing capacity of power plant units, the parameters are increasing,The control of the unit has become more complex. The importance of Safe Operation are increasing to the high-capacity, high- parameters unit. The advanced protection systems and devices have been widely used. Furnace Safety Supervising System (FSSS) is a supervising system which a large-scale thermal power unit boiler must have. In order to have a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the FSSS system, this paper mainly to study the FSSS system of a large and medium-sized thermal power plant unit .On the basis of in-depth study the automatic control system, automatic control instruments, process control of the production .so we will have a study of the unit control system structure, principle and the design of FSSS system, the system configuration, and so on., Understanding of the structure and operating characteristics of the FSSS system. Know the FSSS system's explosion-proof theory and the chamber combustion management accurately.
By Explaining several major function of Hua Neng Huaiyin #3 machine DCS FSSS which designed through the Xin hua control engineering limited company, for instance ,chamber blew sweeps, the main fuel trip (MFT), the total oil fuel trip (OFT), the ignition defeat and so on. The systemfunction and the design method in detail.Introduced the FSSS structure and the system design simply.
For there are many equipment factory, the logical control has the difference respectively, the different boiler type uses the control logic are also different, therefore they have various problems unavoidably in the use, this article also has carried on the discussion to present's FSSS existence question in the end.
