汽车控制器发射板检测装置

摘   要
 
 设计一个发射板检测装置，实现对一线制汽车控制器发射板的检测。以DSP为主控制器，结合外围器件连成电路进行检测。该检测板的功能如下：由74LS138译码器来实现选择5块被测板子；用继电器模拟开关，实现对发射板发出信号的相应控制；根据继电器开关发出的相应的信号，用DSP的A/D进行采集来判定发射板的好坏。
 设计采用DSP为主控制，电路简单化，软件编程灵活。

Abstract

Design an examining equipment of send board to finish the examining of send board of one-line motor controller. DSP is used as the controller in the design. Examine the send board of one-line motor controller with the DSP and other parts of apparatus. Change to the number of five send board. Simulate Steering wheel switch by relay to carry out the control of send board. According to the signal sampled of send board to judge it is quality.
The collation is completed by AD of DSP for  send board .
Because of the application of DSP, makes the program variable ,the electric circuit simple.
