TITLE:Electronic Controlled Diesel Fuel Injection Ssytem
Abstract
Non-contact angle displacement sensor has been applied for automobile engines and other electro-mechanical systems. The new type of sensor not only has very high accuracy, but also has no wear. It is not sensitive to fuel contamination as well as variation of fuel property .the semi-differential and shading-ring sensor designed in this paper has successfully used in electronic control, position sensor and circuit design.
In this paper, we will study rack display close-loop and rotational speed close-loop, including circuit design of hardware, controlling algorithm and program design.
Much attention is focused on the design of the hardware in this paper. Only if the hardware becomes best, the software will be simply and can be controlled easily. It’s ingenious and excellent, during the experiment of ideal adjustion circuit design, to achieve good effect.
PID controller is one of widely used controllers, which has the characteristics of simplicity, stability and reliability. Because of the nonlinear and temporal of the electromagnetic actuators, common PID can’t achieve satisfactory effect. For this reason, the method of segmentation adjust PID parameter is adopt in this essay. It has been proved that the result is satisfactory.
