Abstract
PLC and its network are receiving increasing attention and wider application in the field of industrial automation control,its application improved the blast furnace system automation level and reliability,realization of the feeding system for real-time monitoring and flexible formulation process.Feeding car-style blast furnace system is a complex system.Over the past,separately in every link of the operation make the links between segments so trouble and inefficient feeding.Now,we use the last blast furnace feed system into automatic feeding system so that the blast furnace system efficiency is greatly increased and it will be universal in the field of industry.
The article analyzed weaknesses of the traditional blast furnace system,designed a programmable logic controller to control the blast furnace automatic feeding system,to solve the links between the various operations of trouble in the traditional blast furnace system links,and overcome the cumbersome operation in the past. The design of blast furnace systems considered the weighing sensors,the hopper slooshing,conveyor belt rotation,uplink and downlink of feeding car.PLC controled the use of blast furnace of election material and feeding so as to realize the blast furnace automatically.
This paper introduced four parts:The first chapter described the background to the study of this topic,application of the blast automatic feeding system in the real-life, blast on the automatic feeding system for the present status around the world.Chapter II presented hardware of the blast automatic feeding system,introduced the PLC and CPM2A of OMRON.Chapter III introduced software of the blast furnace automatic feeding system,especially designing the programmer in the blast furnace automatic feeding system PLC.Chapter IV introduced Century Star configuration software, mainly introduced the design of real-time monitoring system,the convergence of animation and the communications between PC monitoring system and the field control apparatus.
