This thesis is the design of the control system that passes to use to lead the equipments to the ship, having a whole understanding to the design that the PLC control the system, mainly drag along to move this standpoint of automatic control to set out from the electric power, elaborate the engineering in the machine the electricity drags along to move the auto controls the applied technique and methods.
In this design, mainly introduced the foundation knowledge of the three dissimilitudes tread electric motor, programmable preface controller of the control electric circuit design and PLC of electric motor, electrical engineering to control the design of the system. And introduces the ship to use the creation background and the development foregrounds of lead the equipmentses slightly. It main concrete contents include: (1) The principle and functions of the electricity of controls circuit and its design, the composing method of the electricity of controls circuit and its design way of thinking and methods. (2) The basic constitute and work principle of PLC, the software of PLC, the design step of the control system of the programmable controller.(3) Programmable controller, and the programmable controller system design, the I/ O carries the sub- allotment design, the trapezoid diagram design, the appearance form draw.
By the design attains that the electric motor can start at declined , make two pedestal control pump, several electromagnetism valves complete the action.
