This system is based on single chip computer 8051. This design describes the control system of liquid position. The user can set liquid position by the keyboard. When actual liquid position is lower than 70% of initial position, the throttle begins to work. According to the liquid position change, the flow is different.
Detection of liquid position adopting integration pressure sensor, can overcome the defect of the traditional sensor. The V/I component adopt ZF2B22 which has insulated function. It is used as the linking between the output of D/A transform and the control signal of throttle .it can complete control signal convert, and can keep from the moment voltage and the defective voltage.
