摘 要
 本设计是针对冶金企业的工厂供电要求而设计的。笔者作为变电所的设计人，以设计为实例，综合国内外同类变电所的现状和国情，就该变电所的设计模式进行了研究。
 设计共分为绪论、变电所电气部分设计、变电所二次回路电源设计介绍及保护规划、结论四大部分，同时附带部分设计图纸。本次设计中选取两台变压器，主接线设计要灵活简单、操作方便。一次侧才用单母线分段模式；二次侧由于馈电线路较多，负荷较为重要，因此也采用单母线分段模式。文中进行了短路电流计算，主要设备选择及校验（包括断路器、隔离开关、电流互感器、母线等），并同时附带介绍了所用电和直流系统、继电保护、防雷保护、接地保护和照明及消防规划。在专题设计中，设计二次回路操作电源和中央信号装置。经过功能组合和优化设计，为变电所提供监控支持。他的运用可实现变电所高水平的管理。
 本文根据工厂供电设计的原则，以小型化为模式基础，主接线设计灵活、简单方便。设备选择中采用检修周期长、可靠性更高的设备。设计不片面追求高指标、高档次，而是安全、维护方便、技术先进及经济合理。
 此外，根据厂内负荷情况，合理制订布局方案和选用设备。
