Abstract
In recent years, with the rapid development of science and ntelligence y, the single-chip microcomputer, the PLC application continuously deepening, and lead the traditional control detection technology constantly updated. In this paper, produced by Japan's Mitsubishi FX2N-64MR of the PLC as the core controller Quad Responder system design, and design structure of the system, the programming instructions, ladder diagram, as well as input and output terminal of distribution programme. At the same time according to the knowledge contest Responder control requirements and characteristics of the input and output PLC determine distribution, and on-site commissioning.
