According To The Transformer Substation Automation Of The CAN Net The Protection Measures To Control The Correspondence To Equip Of Research To Manufacture
Abstract : Communication network is a key technique in substation automation system. This dissertation gives a special research in the application of CAN Bus in substation automation system, including the constructing of communication system based on CAN bus、the designing and debugging of communication manager.
Firstly, the characteristics of CAN bus are analyzed and it’s reliability、expeditiousness and flexibility are tested. A communication network of substation automation system constructed on CAN bus is presented and confirmed. Secondly, the dissertation discusses the main structure of substation automation system, as well as the content and request of substation digital communication. According to this, it gives the project of constructing the substation CAN communication network and the communication protocol. And according to different requests of power system, it makes research and tests of the calculation of the communication parameters in the network. Communication manager is the key to communication network based on CAN bus. On the base of the specific demand of the set, a project is presented in which 80C320 microprocessor is used as Central Processor Unit; SJA1000 is used as the local communication controller and MODEM is used as the remote communication controller. The communication manager with better reliability is designed as modules in software and hardware. The function of the manager can meet the demand of communication management of substation automation system. Finally, some measures are also proposed for the improvement of the communication system.
