With the rapid development of information technology, wireless remote control system has been very common in all sectors of industrial production. With conventional control systems, eliminating the need for central control of its equipment and control wiring between the terminals of the trouble, and enhance the system's mobility. The design of the system is divided into the central control equipment design, control of terminal design and the design of communication between them. In use, firstly input temperature settings through the keyboard of the central control module, through the RF data is sent to the control terminal, received the temperature settings, combine the current value to output volume to control the water temperature. This paper discusses the design of temperature collection, the design of RF communication applications and the designs of the graphical interface and voice features on the central control of equipment.
First of all, a simple background briefing of the Remote control system is introduced, a comprehensive summary of the Remote controlling, features and design ideas, and other aspects.
Secondly, the introduction of the temperature control system for the design of remote sensing methods. The design of the system is divided into three modules: power supply module, control module and the central terminal control module. Power supply module for the system to provide power. Control terminal blocks include: temperature collection, radio frequency communication and control output functions, the software includes these features of the drive circuit and control algorithm. Central control module including: a keyboard, LCD display, voice and radio communications and other functions, it’s mainly software is voice and graphical interface design.
