To maintain production and living areas of air-conditioning temperature stability is an important task. Fluctuations in temperature will directly affect industrial production and living environment of comfort. Therefore, the air conditioner temperature control system of great significance. This paper is on the air conditioner temperature regulation system of automatic method.
This is the main topic of the design features strong, high integration, small size, high reliability and low cost of the microcontroller as a core control device; using non-linear error for the largest ℃, response time of only 20, repetitive low error ℃ to the AD590 as a temperature sensor integrated temperature measurement devices. System includes hardware and software design in two parts. SCM hardware including control circuits, temperature detection circuit, temperature control circuits, digital-to-analog circuit, keyboard and display circuit, and other aspects. Software design including: keyboard management, showed that the temperature detection, temperature control, alarm modules.
Integrated hardware and software part of the design, received the minimum temperature for the distinction between 1 ℃、calibration temperature difference≤ 1 ℃ between the temperature control system.
