Elevator control system
Abstract:
This dissertation is to design a five-floor elevator control system.
We choose AC frequency motor as the driven part of the elevator system, and use the AC frequency converter velocity adjusting to drag the system. The AC frequency converter velocity adjusting is good for the smooth velocity adjusting, realizing the unity swiftly and comfortable, which can enhance the elevator system’s performance a lot.
The control system adopt the PLC programming control method, the characteristic of PLC programming is easy control, easy accessible, and convenient maintenance. We adopt photoelectric induction as the pointing system, and high speed counting, this can deduce the control point of the input and output of the PLC sharply.
The system embeds the MCGS interface control software, mainly use this software to build an interface, it can implement the simulation of the elevator’s running processing control.
The development trend of the elevators is integration control, entirely control as well as real-time detection control, and this trend is definitely the microcomputers’ development.
