Electrical machinery testing Based on Virtual Instrument For Laboratory system
ABSTRACT:At present, the test of generator continues using the method of manual operation and eye reading, which lasts several decades and still adopt traditional instruments and apparatuses in our most producers. So the efficiency of this test is low. Especially in recent years, ,the development of measurement technique is getting more and more important。 The application of electronic measurement technique has extended to more fields than ever。 Due to limited functions and big size, traditional electronic measurement equipment is no longer suited for common purposes。Thanks to the rapid development of integrated circuit and computer technology,measurement instruments are becoming digitized and intelligent zed。 Compared with traditional equipment,the new instruments have more functions,higher processing speed,wider bandwidth,friendlier interface,smaller size and better expandability。If it still adopts the traditional test instrument, it will require instruments in many kinds and quantities and the operation is very complicated. Meanwhile, it is strenuous to treat data; also the systematic expansibility is bad.
In order to adapt to the request of modern generator test and improve precision of testing, this text organically combining virtual instrument technology, digital signal treatment technology and experimental technique of the generators together, utilize figure programming software LabVIEW to set up and develop the electrical machinery testing system based on virtual instrument technology, this dissertation focuses on key techniques in data transmission,display and processing. The emphasis is turning to digital software designed from hardware designed.
