THE DIGITAL CRYSTAL THYRATRON GENERAL CONTROLS THE TRIGGER
Abstract: A kind of high power SCR digital trigger circuit system was recommended. To satisfy the request of heavy-current in the SCR trigger.This paper describe a method of microcomputer controlling for three—phase semi- controlled bridge rectifier.The microcomputer direct control P89LV51RD2BN chip to realize the phase shifting of thyirstor trigger pulses.Synchronizing signals are digitized, so that three phase of the trigger pulses are symmetrized accurately.The software uses PID arithmetic to realize output current precise controlled .The table inquirying method is adopted in the programe to seek initial count data
putting in CPU according to digital control data.Thus,the digital trigistor is formed Meanwhile,without complex peripheral units the new design effectively takes advantage of the rapidity and high camputing performance of modern microcontrollers, It achieved a flexible control pattern and high stability.and provided a good platform for the future small digital smart network SCR trigger. From analysis and application ,it is indicated that digital trigger has the advantage over analog trigger.
