ABSTRACT
This paper first discussed some ways for rotary speed measure . It analyzed characters and errors of these ways.Second ,it designed full digital measure system based on a Single-Chip Microprocessor80c51responding to special application , stated the working theory of the system and the methods to solve the errors, writed the working programmes by A51 assemble language. Finally, this system implementation was confirmed by using of Keil-51 simulator. The characters on the error margin and accuracy was summarized.
Detailed framework of the main hardware, flowcharts of the main software and their function implementating of the controller are described in the paper. For adopted alternating current sampling technique, the hardware cost are reduced, dynamic performance are improved. Digital pulse circuitry based on Atmel 90S8515 are developed with good reliability and high precision. All software function modules of the controller are programmed by module design method, in this way, modified the program and extended the functions of the controller are facility.
