The current domestic textile machines are unable to meet the requirements of high-grade fabric, the key lies in the fact can not be better off resolving the constant tension control. Therefore, high-grade loom mostly from imports.
This paper is designed loom off the constant tension control system. The key to solve this problem is how control of the tension in this, I thought of using the motor speed control can be achieved control of the tension. In the current governor of the motor, SPWM governor become increasingly prominent. Therefore, the design is also used SPWM governor.
The design process as follows:
1. Papers start to the textile machine analysis of the major agencies to identify the reasons for the impact of constant tension;

Control process: SCU to control the use of inverter, a SPWM wave, the AC servo motor speed control, and then from tension to tension detection sensor signals back to the SCM, to achieve constant tension control.
