It is precisely these two advantages, making smart PID control as many of the process control an ideal control device. Aerodynamic technology in foreign countries has developed rapidly in China have been widely used in machinery, electronics, light industry, textile, food, medicine, packaging, metallurgical, petrochemical, aviation and transportation departments. Pneumatic Manipulator, the combination of machine tools, machining centers, automated production lines, automatic detection and experimental equipment, etc., have emerged in large, they increase productivity, the degree of automation, product quality, reliability and work to achieve special technology and other areas show great advantages . In this paper, the use of fuzzy controller (Fuzzy) of non-linear pneumatic transmission system design and simulation, mainly pneumatic system in the textile, food on the direction of the application. Finally, in MATLAB SMULINK environment of the system is running in the simulation to determine their rapid response and keeping methods. The design is fuzzy control aerodynamic control transmission system in the clean production of a typical programme.
