Abstract
The manipulator is one kind can simulate person's arm's partial movements, according to the predetermined procedure, the path and other requests, realizes the capture, the transporting work piece or operates tool's automated installment. But programmable controller (PLC), because it has the redundant reliability, the programming convenient, easy to use and the revision, easy to expand and the maintenance, the environment requests, the volume to be exquisite lowly, the installation and trial run to be convenient, has the widespread application in the industrial control. This design uses Simens S7-200 series PLC to carry on the control and the monitoring as the cybertron to the manipulator.
