THE DESIGN OF WET FLUE GAS DESULFURIZATION PROCESS CONTROL SYSTEM
ABSTRACT
Since the authority gradually emphasized much on the environmental protection, the control of the SO2 emission had been further rigidified as a part of the state agenda. [12] A wet flue gas desulfurization process which shares the widespread popularity, is presented among flue gas desulfurization technologies, and the structure, and principium of flue gas desulfurization system is also introduced. Base on limestone/gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization process character and feature, an implementation that PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and Ethernet are constructed in DCS (Distributed Control System) architecture while configuration software MCGS is observing the system, is designed. For the limestone/gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization process with large inertia, delay, non-linear, PLC as the field layer is, acquire the data and control the operation via PID (Proportional Integral Differential)Algorithm that will achieve the function of ph control and flow control in the process. As is the PC configuration software, MCGS proves to be friendly to operator, controlling system operation and displaying process parameters.
