Abstract
The hoist can be applied to any possible fields including the mine tunnels、 architectures、 elevator within building as well as the cranes. The hoist comes to its own during the process of modern production and construction. Anyway, it holds a more important position as time goes by. The technicians are contributing to the key direction that how to make it work efficiently and steadily. With the further progress of electric technology, the programmable controller whose functions are strengthened, whose performance is optimized, whose price is brought down. This accounts for a wider PLC’s application to the hoist and a dramatic improvement for the hoist’s performance.
This paper offers a design for the hoist which is responsible for lifting cumbersome objects in construction sites. Anchuan’s PLC of G7 series is used to control the Three-phase asynchronous motor. PLC serves as S7-200 series of Siemens company. This paper focus on three major designs: 1) The alternatives for motors’ or PLC’s capacity and type. 2)The installment for PLC’s parameter;the desig for protection system; the blueprint for systematic electric circuit. 3) The programme edition for the hoist’s PLC; the circuit connection for PLC and frequency conversion.
