Abstract
Speed batching control system refers to the use of various techniques to complete automatic control of a variety of materials weighing, and the ratio, mixed, transportation, and other relevant requirements of the process control system. Stability, accuracy is essential system elements. The system in industrial production is often the MCU or programmable controller (PLC) to complete control functions. However, the MCU control system in a safe, reliable and interference to the performance slightly worse than those in PLC. Therefore, in the industrial production vigorously develop the use of PLC control functions of the complete speed batching system is very necessary. The design is completed PLC controller speed batching system hardware design.
In the system hardware design, we mainly do the selection of hardware and electrical equipment design, hardware selection. We use Siemens S7-300 as our core controller, which we detail the PLC CPU module, the various functions of the Selection modules. The selection of hardware also includes weighing sensor, speed sensor and transducer selection, in electrical equipment design. We have completed the whole system from the electrical connections map and the external load cell sensor amplifier design.
This article first brief introduces The System, analysis of the system working principle of the whole system and determines the implementation of the program. Then, make the detail selection and design of the programmable controller, sensors, speed converter and weighing-scales.
