This paper makes a brief analysis of the recruitment system of JI company by using literature review and company profile of JI company. It uses the theory of enterprise life cycle to analyze the talents needed in each stage of the enterprise and the recruitment system in operation. Through the analysis of the problems, the countermeasures and suggestions of the recruitment can be obtained by the knowledge of job matching and so on. And use a variety of methods, such as questionnaires, behavioral events interviews and other methods to investigate the relevant personnel in the enterprise, understand the problems and reasons of recruitment, and give the optimization program, formulate a detailed job description. In the recruitment of enterprises, there are often unnecessary costs caused by the lack of suitable talents, which cause heavy losses to enterprises. Therefore, the recruitment system is very important to the development of enterprises. According to the above methods, find out the existing problems, and give appropriate countermeasures and suggestions to improve the effectiveness of JI company recruitment.
